Welcome to Cheshire Scuba Academy Dive Club

We are a group of experienced Instructors and Dive Masters who offer scuba Try Dive experiences and also can guide you through a range of courses from beginner to professional. We offer high quality and affordable training and specialise in small groups so that students receive the very best attention and teaching whilst being safely supervised underwater. Groups are also catered for with fun experiences being organised for scout groups etc.

We are also a dive club with a growing membership and organise dive trips locally and abroad. Recent trips include St Abbs and Farne Islands in the North East, Portland in the South, Anglesey in North Wales, and further afield to the Maldives. We also have non diving social events such as club breakfasts, evening meals, nights out.

Warrington Disability Partnership is supported by us. We provide an underwater experience in a pool at their annual Disability Awareness Day event whilst promoting scuba diving to the public, especially disabled people. Funds are raised at WDPs annual Going The Extra Mile Challenge where we provide kit if needed for qualified divers to complete a sponsored mile underwater in the pool, also non- qualified people can ‘have a go’ with a sponsored Try Dive.

Based in Haydock and at Irlam Leisure Centre we are easily accessible from anywhere in the North West and beyond. We meet at Irlam Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings at 7 o’clock, in the water 8 till 9, social get together after.
